MiFitness Gym is a boutique fitness centre located within Avianto Estate, open to both residents and the public. The facility combines indoor training areas with outdoor functional space, offering a structured environment for strength, conditioning and general fitness.

Membership

• R500 per month (no joining fee, month-to-month)
• Avianto residents: R400 per month (with levy statement)
• Includes access to MiFitness Northlands Corner Gym

Operating hours

• Monday to Friday: 05:00–20:00
• Saturday: 07:00–14:00
• Sunday: 07:00–12:00
