The MiFitness Gym is a boutique fitness centre open to both residents and the public. It combines modern design, premium equipment, and outdoor functionality to support every fitness journey.

• Fully equipped cardio & strength area

• Squash, tennis & pickleball courts
• 6-a-side soccer pitch
• Outdoor gym equipment for functional workouts

Membership:

• R500/month (no joining fee, month-to-month)
• Avianto Residents: R400/month (with levy statement)
• Includes free access to MiFitness Northlands Corner Gym

Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 05:00 – 20:00
• Sat: 07:00 – 14:00
• Sun: 07:00 – 12:00
