Mountain Biking Trails
The mountain bike trail network begins at the Clubhouse within Avianto Estate and runs through open grassland, river sections and established single-track. Routes are maintained, clearly marked and graded to suit different riding levels.
Trail network includes
- Two blue-rated routes for experienced riders, with approximately 80% single-track, technical sections and river crossings.
- Green-rated loops for developing riders.
- One yellow route suited to families and first-time trail riders.
The terrain combines flowing sections with natural features, and route grading allows riders to choose their pace. After your ride, cafés within Syringa Park provide a convenient place to pause for coffee or breakfast before heading home.
Running & Walking Trails
Every Sunday from 7:00am, Avianto Estate and Syringa Park host the Syringa Park Run/Walk, a weekly community event open to all ages and fitness levels.
Participants can choose between 2.5km, 5km, 8km or 10km routes that move through parkland and riverfront sections within the estate and surrounding grounds.

The run/walk is a local tradition that brings residents and visitors together each morning, offering structured routes that suit casual walkers, regular weekend runners and anyone building distance.
