Set in the idyllic site of Muldersdrift, Avianto Estate proudly debuts its first ever jamboree – the Avianto Estate Spring Festival.
Held on 22 October 2022, this annual festival is a celebration of everything the Estate encapsulates
– safe, wholesome family fun that revels in the splendour of this incredible location.
Featuring a family-orientated lineup of enthralling entertainment, and adventure experiences, the Avianto Estate Spring Festival brings together the best in local music talent, gourmet delights and family activities that will entice every age group.
This year the festival will be held on the grounds of the Avianto Estate Private School fields, however 2023 will see the event being moved to its new environment of the Syringa Park – featuring a built-in stage, one of the largest kids play park in South Africa, a go-kart track and permanent structures for food vendors.

Hit the gravel and compete against yourself or enjoy a gentle pace and sample some of the Estates many hidden gems – it’s all about the journey! For those who appreciate their surrounds on bike or foot, we present the annual Spring Festival MTB & Trail Classic – a fun and non-technical MTB and Trail Running routes that will showcase the best the area has to offer. This event is open to adults and children and is carefully marshalled every step of the way with medical crew and logistical back up provided. This day is designed for riders, runners and walkers of all skills and fitness levels. Starting in the morning, the Spring Festival MTB & Trail Classic will start and finish at the Avianto Estate Clubhouse where you can freshen up and get back to the more leisurely activities offered at the festival.

SPRING FESTIVAL MTB & TRAIL CLASSIC
Food Trucks/Vendors serving gourmet street food from some of the world’s best food cultures. From Mexican tacos and spicy tuna rolls to heavenly smoked brisket and vegetarian fare – there are boundless opportunities to satisfy every craving.
A local Vegetable Market celebrating the change of seasons, from neighbouring fresh produce producers.
GOURMET DELIGHTS
Presenting the very best of South Africa’s top Wine Farms, as well as local and international Bubbly brands, visitors will be spoilt for choice by the array of selected wines, Champagnes and MCC’s available by the glass or bottle.
A Beer Tent showcasing a variety of skilfully created craft beer and firm favourite brews and ciders. For those who prefer their spirits, a full bar offering the world’s best in gins, whiskeys, brandy’s, cocktail infusions, and various other refreshments.

Create everlasting memories for your children at the safe & secure, enclosed, dedicated Kids Area with access control and security personnel. With a plethora of fun activities, including jumping castles provided by Mi-Fitness Kids, face painters, puppet shows, treasure hunts, superhero’s meeting and greeting their fans, children of all ages are promised an incredible time in the great outdoors. For additional peace of mind, trained child minders will be on hand to ensure a safe and fun time is had by all. Principal Mark Moore of Avianto Estate Private School and his team will also be mingling with the kids providing fun and interactive activities for the smaller ages.

CHARITY
Safety of our visitors and residents alike is core to Avianto Estate Spring Festival. As such our omnipresent team of security personnel and patrols, car guards and traffic flow management team will be on constant guard mitigating potential threats. Likewise, private medical teams and ambulances will be on standby with a medical tent available for any injuries and first-aid situations. With a hospital less than 4km away, Avianto Estate is well-positioned for any emergency.
